Terms of Service

1. What we provide

InsightSite Pro designs, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses. We may prepare a complimentary website concept ("preview") before any purchase; previews remain our property, are clearly marked as concepts, and may be archived at any time. Purchasing a plan or a one-time launch makes the delivered website yours to use for your business.

2. Plans and billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your site remains live through the end of the paid period (plus a 30-day wind-down). Annual plans are billed upfront at a discount and are non-refundable once the first 30 days have passed. The one-time launch purchase is a single payment with no subscription. Plan upgrades are prorated automatically. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an active billing period.

3. 30-day guarantee

For 30 days after your first purchase, we will fix anything about your site that doesn't match what was promised — and if we can't make it right, we'll refund the purchase. After those 30 days, monthly fees already paid and annual prepayments are non-refundable.

4. Your content and your domain

You retain ownership of the content, photos, and brand material you provide, and you grant us a license to display them on your website and in the tools we operate for you. Your domain name is yours: we connect it and manage the technical setup, but registration and renewal stay in your name at your registrar. If you cancel, we'll cooperate in pointing your domain elsewhere.

5. What we automate

Much of our service is delivered by automation, including AI-generated content and automatically applied edits. We review higher-impact work before it ships, but you are responsible for reviewing content that appears on your site — especially claims specific to your profession — and can request corrections anytime, which we treat with priority.

6. Acceptable use

Sites may not be used for unlawful content, deception, or spam. We may decline or discontinue service for abuse, with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period in that case.

7. Service levels and liability

We host on enterprise-grade infrastructure and monitor your site daily, but no host can promise zero downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
