What we collect

When you request a preview or become a client we collect business contact information (name, business name, email, phone, address), the content you give us for your website, and billing details (handled by Stripe — we never see full card numbers). When we build a preview for a business, we use only publicly available information: the business's own website, its public Google Business Profile, and public reviews.

Visitor inquiries on client websites

Contact forms on the websites we host collect the visitor's name, contact details, and message solely to deliver that inquiry to the business the visitor contacted. We process these on the business's behalf, deliver them immediately, and do not use them for any other purpose or sell them to anyone.

Outreach email

We send business-to-business introduction emails using publicly available business contact information. Every message includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link; unsubscribing is honored immediately and permanently. Reply "stop" or use the link and you will not hear from us again.

Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (data storage and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend and Instantly (email delivery), Google (business profile data), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for content generation. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and your rights

We keep client data for as long as you have an account, and preview/prospect data until it is no longer useful or you ask us to remove it. You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime at Hello@insightsite.pro and we will act on it promptly.

No selling of data

We do not sell personal information. Ever.
